一、產品概述
整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),它的(de)功能就是(shi)與整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)起,把交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)成直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。很(hen)多電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)的(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)通過整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)與整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)所組(zu)成整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)設備(bei)而得到的(de),它廣(guang)泛用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解、有色金屬冶(ye)煉、牽引、傳動、靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵、直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻及一(yi)(yi)般(ban)工業(ye)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源等(deng)(deng)領域。可根據用(yong)戶的(de)各種要(yao)求進行設計制造二次(ci)繞組(zu)相(xiang)位(wei)差7.5°、15°、30°,供(gong)6相(xiang)、12相(xiang)、24相(xiang)、48相(xiang)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)用(yong)等(deng)(deng)各種機構形(xing)式的(de)產(chan)品。主要(yao)執行GB/T18494.1-2001《變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi) 第一(yi)(yi)部分:工業(ye)用(yong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)》、JB/8636-1997《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)》標準。
二、結構特點
1.全斜步進接縫鐵心
從(cong)材料(liao)上我們選用了(le)(le)武鋼(gang)(gang)或(huo)日(ri)本新日(ri)鐵(tie)株式會社的(de)高牌號取(qu)向硅(gui)鋼(gang)(gang)片,這些材料(liao)基本與國(guo)(guo)際發(fa)達國(guo)(guo)家使(shi)用的(de)材料(liao)是一(yi)致的(de)。在結(jie)構(gou)上采(cai)用了(le)(le)全斜接縫片型,上下夾件聯(lian)結(jie)采(cai)用低磁鋼(gang)(gang)板的(de)拉板結(jie)構(gou),使(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)片上無孔(kong)無缺(que),鐵(tie)芯(xin)各截面磁通密度一(yi)致,無畸變(bian),在剪切(qie)工藝上采(cai)用德國(guo)(guo)進口喬格剪切(qie)線,控制剪切(qie)毛刺<0.02mm(標準<0.05為合格品)每米長度公(gong)差<0.2mm從(cong)而增加了(le)(le)疊片系(xi)數減小了(le)(le)對縫間隙,避(bi)免(mian)了(le)(le)鐵(tie)芯(xin)局部(bu)過熱,降低了(le)(le)產品噪(zao)音及空(kong)載損耗和空(kong)載電流。
2.強抗短路能力的繞組
從材料上使用無氧銅(tong)電磁線(xian),并使用國內知名廠家生產的產品(pin),控制其ρ20℃<0.017241,另(ling)外控制其紙包絕(jue)緣的材料及松(song)緊程(cheng)度和絕(jue)緣結構(gou)(gou),宗旨是盡量(liang)使線(xian)圈具有較好的軸、輻向(xiang)穩定性,線(xian)圈采用小油隙,內外遮油板(ban),導(dao)向(xiang)冷卻、硬紙筒結構(gou)(gou),使結構(gou)(gou)緊湊過負荷能力(li)、熱穩定能力(li)有所提高,損耗也(ye)有所下(xia)降。
3.免維護油箱
大(da)型(xing)產(chan)品油(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)采(cai)用(yong)折板式、盡量(liang)減(jian)少(shao)焊(han)縫,增(zeng)加強度,做好正、負壓試驗以(yi)確保產(chan)品密封(feng)的(de)(de)可靠性,在需(xu)要(yao)部位使用(yong)低(di)磁鋼板或磁屏(ping)蔽以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)匯流導線的(de)(de)磁場在箱(xiang)(xiang)壁(bi)上產(chan)生(sheng)附加損耗,可以(yi)避(bi)免變壓器油(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)發熱。油(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)經打(da)磨、酸洗磷化(hua)后在無(wu)塵、封(feng)閉的(de)(de)車間內進(jin)行噴砂和(he)噴漆(qi)工藝。根據用(yong)戶要(yao)求和(he)使用(yong)場所,嚴(yan)格選用(yong)油(you)漆(qi)廠家和(he)油(you)漆(qi)品種,保證油(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)長期內不會(hui)有銹(xiu)斑(ban)產(chan)生(sheng)。
4.可靠的附件
有(you)(you)載分接開關選用(yong)進口ABB公(gong)司、MR公(gong)司或長征一廠等(deng)(deng)國內知名(ming)廠商(shang),除要(yao)求(qiu)有(you)(you)遠程(cheng)顯示外,還有(you)(you)遠程(cheng)控(kong)制接口。水冷卻器、冷卻風機、溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制器、控(kong)制箱、套管等(deng)(deng)均選用(yong)國內知名(ming)品牌(pai),確保產品本身和附(fu)件的長期可靠(kao)運行。
